Hi! I’m Chelsea. I’m a gluten-free recipe creator, wellness blogger and home detoxification guide. I show burned out women like with leaky gut how to take a proactive, holistic approach to wellness by sharing nutrient dense recipes, and sustainable lifestyle modifications that are easy to implement in everyday life.

After chronic stress and burnout led to a Crohn’s Disease diagnosis, I believed I could heal myself naturally, but I didn’t know how. Calming the inflammation in my gut was the first step. It was exhausting searching for recipes that fit my needs and tasted good. I felt frustrated and overwhelmed.

Once I started creating my own recipes with delicious flavor profiles that nourished my body–eating was fun again! Since then, my journey has taken me far beyond the healing of my physical body.

Now, I’m sharing what I’ve learned to help women like you make informed, proactive decisions about your health while practicing supportive, enjoyable habits so you can live a fulfilling life with more freedom and less worry.
