Description
This piña colada smoothie blends pineapple, coconut, avocado, cauliflower and cinnamon into a nutritious meal without added sugar or excess saturated fat. Perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk*
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (such as Brain MD Omni Protein Vanilla)
2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut shreds
pinch of fine sea salt
1 teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon + more for dusting
1/4 large or 1/2 small ripe avocado
1/2 cup (70 grams) frozen pineapple bits
1/2 cup (57 grams) frozen cauliflower rice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender in the order listed in the recipe (liquids, solids, frozen).
- Blend for one minute, gradually increasing speed as you go.
- Serve in a tall glass and garnish with extra cinnamon and a slice of pineapple if desired.
Notes
*If using concentrated almond milk (such as Elmhurst or Three Trees) use only ½ cup almond milk and 1 cup cold filtered water.
